HOTEL PERELIK POLICY REGARDING ACCOMMODATION IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROOMS, SUPPLEMENTS FOR EXTRA BEDS, COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL RULES AND THE USE OF VARIOUS FACILITIES IN THE HOTEL
1. Conditions for check-in and check-out, changes to booked services and accommodation of additional guests and pets, lost property and complaints
1.1. Guests’ check-in is carried out after 14:00. A 24-hour reception is available.
1.2. Check-in at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of personal documents verifying the client’s identity. The data provided by the Clients is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations related to its implementation, governing the protection of information. Personal data is processed solely in connection with fulfilling the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information is used only and exclusively in connection with the specific reservation and cannot be provided for other purposes.
1.3. The vacating of the rooms and the departure of the guests/clients is carried out no later than 12:00 on the day scheduled for check-out in the reservation.
1.4. Early check-in and late check-out is possible after confirmation from the hotel reception, and the request for this must be made at least 24 hours before check-in or check-out. Late check-out is considered to be the time from 12:00 to 20:00, and early check-in from 08:00 to 14:00. The use of this service is subject to an additional payment of 50% of the “Reception Price” for an overnight stay in the respective room, which payment must be made on site upon check-in at the hotel or when confirming the late check-out.
1.5. If the guests wish and if the hotel has availability for the corresponding period of stay, a change in the reservation is permitted, related to accommodation in a larger room, accommodating an additional person/persons on an extra bed, a change of meal plan with any possible supplement for HB, extension of the period of stay or a change in the age of the declared persons, which leads to an increase in the price. When incorrect information has been provided regarding the ages of the children at the time of booking (the children’s ages are accounted for not on the day the reservation is made, but on the day of check-in at the hotel), the price increases, and the increase is subject to payment. In the cases described in the previous sentences, the supplement is made according to the “Reception Price” in force for the specific period, and the supplement must be paid before check-in.
1.6. Upon check-in, the receptionist issues as many room cards as there are persons aged over 12 being accommodated. Given the fact that the cards are intended for multiple use, guests are obliged to return them upon departure from the hotel. When, upon leaving the hotel, guests do not return the initially provided cards, they are required to pay the cost of the plastic, which is 5 euros / 9.78 leva for each card. When the cards are issued, a temporary fee of 5 euros / 9.78 leva is charged for each of the provided cards, which amount is reversed after returning the cards to reception when vacating the room. The room cards also serve as access to the hotel’s SPA centre “Body & Soul”, as they open the turnstiles at the entrance and exit.
1.7. In addition to the access cards for the rooms and the SPA centre, upon check-in guests also receive cards with which they can obtain towels when using the SPA centre. When returning the towel to the SPA reception, the card against which the towel was received is returned to the guest. In the event that, upon departure from the hotel, the guest does not return the towel cards provided at reception, the hotel withholds an amount of 20 euros / 39.12 leva for each unreturned card.
