Pamporovo concluded the 2025/26 winter season with confidence and a clear outlook for the future.

Pamporovo concluded a relatively successful winter season, despite the limited natural snowfall and the delayed opening of the Pamporovo ski area on December 28, 2025, followed by Mechi Chal on January 3, 2026. Once again, the resort strengthened its position as one of the leading winter destinations in Bulgaria and the wider Balkan region.

Throughout the season, Pamporovo delivered excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding, offering visitors a diverse range of opportunities for active recreation and memorable experiences set against the stunning backdrop of the Rhodope Mountains.

The ski area was maintained in excellent condition throughout, while modern infrastructure and facilities ensured a high level of comfort and accessibility for both beginners and advanced skiers.

Pamporovo AD continues to invest strategically in enhancing its services and maintaining a safe, high-quality environment for all guests. As part of this commitment, the existing Malina - Studenetz single-chair lift is being replaced with a new detachable four-seat chairlift, scheduled to be operational for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Guided by a long-term development strategy and a strong focus on quality, Pamporovo is attracting an increasingly diverse international audience. In recent years, the resort has recorded steady growth in visitors from key drive-in markets including Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Greece, and Turkey, further reinforcing its position as a preferred winter destination in the Balkans.

With its strategic location, modern amenities, and consistently high standards of service, Pamporovo continues to evolve as a symbol of quality, safety, and exceptional winter experiences.
