Lamb Cheverme

Lamb cheverme is an integral part of every festive table in the Rhodopes. The delicious lamb meat is a hallmark of the mountainous region. The difference in preparing the cheverme lies in the meat. The lambs raised in the Rhodopes graze only on fresh mountain grass and are not supplemented with grains.
