PAMPOROVO CONGRESS CENTER

Situated in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, Hotel "Perelik" offers not only a relaxing retreat but also a premier destination for advancing your business projects and hosting special events. Spanning 2,700 square meters, this contemporary business complex features five state-of-the-art halls with a total capacity of up to 1,100 seats. The largest hall, "Rhodopes," accommodates 750 attendees and can be divided into two separate spaces with capacities of 600 and 150 seats, respectively. This flexibility makes it ideal for large conferences, congresses, or corporate events, while also adapting to smaller gatherings.

The four additional halls, with capacities between 50 and 90 seats, are strategically positioned near the main hall. These spaces are perfect for smaller meetings, workshops, or private events. Their proximity to the "Rhodopes" hall allows them to serve as breakout areas or individual sessions during larger events.

The Congress Center is part of the five-star "Perelik" complex, which includes the resort's largest restaurant with a capacity of 400 seats. Located in a separate wing with its own entrance, the restaurant is conveniently close to the Congress Center and hotel reception. An underground corridor at level -1, running beneath the main municipal street of the complex, connects it to Hotel "Orlovets." For guest convenience, the underground corridor and stairs leading to the Perelik Hotel reception also link to the two underground parking levels -1 and -2 of Hotel Orlovets and the covered parking of Hotel Perelik. These passages, including elevators, ensure easy access to the Congress Center and restaurant for all guests, including those with disabilities.

Pirin

Vitosha

Rodopi I + Rodopi II

  • Dimensions: 30 m./16.4 m./4 m.;
  • "Cinema" capacity type with up to 750 seats;
  • Located on Level 1;
  • The hall has its own stage with the following dimensions: 12.80 m./3.60 m.;
  • Equipped with audio system, 4 digital screens, interactive panel, an option for installing additional LED screens;
  • Lighting specification – dimmer;
  • Coffee break and exhibition options on request; 

The two halls can be combined all together for events of a larger scale. They can be separated by soundproofing walls, depending of the type of event. The Rodopi I and Rodopi II halls are fully equipped with a central large projector, 2 additional side small ones, an audio system with 10 conference microphone positions, 2 wireless and 5- head microphones. The Stationary multimedia in the halls supports 4: 3 and 16: 9 format.

Rodopi II
