Marudnik

Marudnitsi are Rhodope pancakes. Be prepared that when you order marudnitsi, you will get thick, delicious pancakes, baked on a traditional Rhodope clay griddle instead of a pan. The difference from standard pancakes is that marudnitsi have more flour, making them fluffier. Another unique aspect is that they are made with yogurt. Although not the healthiest food, they are incredibly tasty.
