Get Fit! Program

Encourages an active lifestyle and physical fitness improvement. Led by nutritionist and fitness instructor Toma Marovski, the program includes body index measurement, personalized dietary and training regimen, specialized workouts, and healthy eating to optimize physical condition and health. The training regimen is tailored to individual needs and capabilities, incorporating cardio and strength exercises. Healthy eating is a crucial part of the program, emphasizing a balanced diet with high-quality foods rich in proteins, carbohydrates, and micronutrients. The participants' regimen varies in training plan intensity, suited to their goals and fitness level.

The programs "Respiratory Prevention Program," "Relaxation & Anti-Stress Program," "Therapy for Injuries and Trauma," and "Mountain Detoxification Program" are available in 3-, 5-, and 7-day versions. The first day includes a medical examination and prescription of physical therapies. The therapeutic packages include manual and apparatus procedures such as Gunaphoresis (Resonance Magnetophoresis), Deep Oscillation, Magnetotherapy, and Pressotherapy. Clients can consult with a nutritionist for healthy eating, are recommended to participate in morning hikes, attend specialized courses for therapeutic and water gymnastics, relax in the SPA center, and also, for cycling enthusiasts, join organized bike tours along panoramic cross-country routes in the vicinity.

These programs are offered in durations of 3, 5, and 7 days, each carefully crafted to enhance both mental and physical health. The initial day commences with a comprehensive health questionnaire and a thorough physical examination conducted by a specialist in physical medicine. Based on the findings of these assessments and the client's specific concerns or preferences, a tailored therapy plan is devised.

This personalized plan incorporates targeted therapies utilizing specialized facilities, equipment, diverse massage techniques, tailored gymnastic exercises, movement routines, and dietary recommendations. The sequencing of relaxation procedures is meticulously structured to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

During the first day, clients are encouraged to indulge in complete relaxation at the spa center and enjoy a mandatory healthy beverage such as herbal or green tea, a smoothie, or fresh juice, available at the poolside bar.

Specific procedures commence the morning after arrival, with each package featuring one manual therapy daily: options include partial relaxing massage, partial restorative massage, partial lymphatic drainage, or a full massage as prescribed by the doctor.

Additionally, guests benefit from a range of therapeutic treatments including hydrotherapy options like hydromassage, horizontal and contrast showers, as well as halotherapy. Depending on the personalized prescription, guests may also receive one or two apparatus therapies listed below:

Gunaphoresis (Resonance Magnetophoresis)

Gunaphoresis is an innovative method for introducing high-quality collagen through electromagnetic resonance, combining the actions of a magnetic and biophotonic field. Unlike pure magnetophoresis, this method also uses the effect of biophotonic impact, allowing for greater penetration depth of collagen into joints and tissues – up to 3 cm. This technology offers a non-invasive alternative to injection methods, providing effective collagen introduction and improving joint and tissue conditions. Contraindications for Gunaphoresis include: application on individuals with active skin infections and/or collagen allergy.

Deep Oscillation - Deep Oscillation is a unique and innovative method of therapeutic impact that uses a low-intensity electrostatic field to generate biologically effective vibrations in the treated tissues. This technology affects all tissues subject to therapy, including the skin, connective, adipose, and muscle tissue, as well as blood and lymph vessels. The method offers a wide range of therapeutic effects: analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, regenerative, antifibrogenic, and detoxifying. These properties make Deep Oscillation effective in treating various conditions, such as reducing pain, inflammation, and edema, stimulating tissue regeneration, preventing fibrotic formations, and aiding body detoxification. Contraindications for Deep Oscillation include: application on individuals suffering from thrombosis, phlebitis, and active infections.

Magnetotherapy

Magnetotherapy is a safe, broad-spectrum, and highly effective method for treating and preventing chronic and acute inflammatory processes. It accelerates regenerative processes in the body after injuries of various natures, fractures, and physical overload. Low-frequency impulses penetrate tissues up to 10 cm deep, acting at cellular and intracellular levels, causing physicochemical changes depending on the direction of the magnetic field. This mechanism enhances blood supply in the tissues, improves coronary circulation, and facilitates oxygen transport to the cells. Magnetotherapy also increases enzyme activity responsible for numerous chemical processes and facilitates impulse conduction to peripheral nerve fibers. Main applications of Magnetotherapy include treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis, coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, osteoporosis, osteochondrosis, polyarthritis, Bechterew's disease, frozen shoulder, cervico-brachial syndrome, lumbo-sacral syndrome, epicondylitis, radiculitis, neuropathies, neuritis, migraine, myalgia, Sudeck's syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, postoperative conditions, sports injuries, gastrointestinal diseases like gastritis and colitis, gynecological diseases like adnexitis and mastitis, skin diseases like psoriasis, hematomas, and edema. The therapy effectively eliminates pain, improves blood circulation, and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Contraindications for Magnetotherapy include: application on individuals with a pacemaker, individuals suffering from aortic aneurysm, low blood pressure, thrombosis, and advanced stages of heart failure.

Pressotherapy

This procedure involves an apparatus applying high pressure in cuffs to exert a therapeutic effect on the lymphatic system. It is a relaxing and pleasant procedure lasting 15-20 minutes, stimulating lymph fluid movement. The benefits of manual lymphatic drainage are numerous. It not only helps remove toxins and excess fluids but also stimulates the immune system, improves blood circulation, and aids tissue regeneration. This procedure can also help with various health problems such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, migraines, and even some skin diseases. The technology is based on gentle compressive effects on soft tissues, effectively addressing stagnant phenomena, pain syndromes, and reducing fat deposits. It also detoxifies the body. Contraindications for Pressotherapy include: application on individuals suffering from heart failure, varicose veins, active venous thrombosis, severe cardiovascular insufficiency, and metastatic cancer.
